The StageDirector box unit also provides as an optional item a wireless transmitter.  Currently an analogue transmitter is available.  When playing an mp3 file through one of these units the signal will be transmitted on a selected FM band which any radio can receive.  This is particularly useful for rehearsals and even performances.

A digital transmitter is also available which requires both the transmitter and receiver to be paired.  The transmitter resides in the StageDirector unit and the receiver unit can be plugged into the PA or mixing desk.
